The best way to capture and use the knowledge of industry experts before they retire is a growing issue. TMG is engaging this problem in three ways:
  1. Continuing three years of professional and academic engagement in finding knowledge management solutions for oil and gas businesses
  2. Developing new services and tools for enhancing knowledge retention as more workers retire
  3. Implementing software tools designed to identify expert knowledge and acquire it from plain language content

Healthcare

The engagement of consumers (patients) in the healthcare decision-making process represents both an opportunity and an operational problem for healthcare providers. Here are a couple of solutions we're working on:
