The best way to capture and use the knowledge of industry experts before they retire is a growing issue. TMG is engaging this problem in three ways:
- Continuing three years of professional and academic engagement in finding knowledge management solutions for oil and gas businesses
- Developing new services and tools for enhancing knowledge retention as more workers retire
- Implementing software tools designed to identify expert knowledge and acquire it from plain language content
Healthcare
The engagement of consumers (patients) in the healthcare decision-making process represents both an opportunity and an operational problem for healthcare providers. Here are a couple of solutions we're working on:
- Developing customer-centric strategies for promoting customer engagement
- New recommendations for both providers and consumers on functioning effectively in a customer-centric business environment
- Training programs for enhancing sales effectiveness and customer engagement
